Position Overview: As a Service Engineer at IDS Denmed, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our dental equipment. Your responsibilities will include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic systems, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission dental equipment at customer sites. Ensure proper calibration and functionality of equipment post-installation. Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance checks to prevent equipment failures. Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues promptly. Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. Address customer queries and concerns effectively and professionally. Training: Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of our products. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer feedback. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide valuable insights for product improvement. Work closely with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and meet service targets. Qualifications and Skills: Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics Engineering. Experience: Previous experience in servicing electronic equipment is desirable but not mandatory. Freshers with relevant educational background are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electronic systems and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with dental equipment is a plus. Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with customers. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
