As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive business growth and increase revenue. Target Achievement: Set sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and overall performance. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities. Sales Performance Evaluation: Monitor individual and team performance, conduct performance evaluations, and implement improvement plans as needed. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the home furnishing or related industry. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and find effective solutions. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using MS Office suite and CRM software.
