Designation : Front Office Executive
Job Description : Reception Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Communication: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and routing them to the appropriate departments. Scheduling: Manage appointments, bookings, and meetings for clients and staff, ensuring a well-organized schedule. Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry. Customer Service: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the office. Record Keeping: Maintain and update visitor logs, appointment calendars, and other relevant records. Office Maintenance: Ensure the front office area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times. Qualifications Required: Graduation in any discipline Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on quality service Preferred Skills: Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Professional demeanor and appearance
