Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Channel Sales) to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling pumps, sanitary ware, or pipe fittings to the retail segment and should possess strong market knowledge and professional relationships with sanitary ware dealers, plumbers, interior designers, and consultants. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage channel sales in the retail market for building materials (pumps, sanitary wares, pipes, fittings, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with sanitary ware dealers, plumbers, consultants, and interior designers. Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base. Negotiate effectively and close sales independently. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide product knowledge and support to channel partners. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Ensure post-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 3–4 years in channel sales of pumps, sanitary ware, or pipe & pipe fittings. Age: Below 35 years Gender: Male / Female Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. Other Skills: Smart, hardworking, and with a pleasing personality High IQ level and strong decision-making capabilities Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Must Have: Owns or can drive a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Why Join Us?
