Job Description : Job Description: Ravi Furnishing Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our customer relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to customer issues. Conduct surveys or feedback sessions to gather customer insights and suggestions for improvement. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to address customer queries effectively. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in CRM software is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Customer-centric approach and problem-solving attitude. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role will be advantageous. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
