Job Description : Job Description: RSB Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage industrial projects in Odisha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering industrial projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of industrial projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee site operations and conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to specifications and standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project in a timely and effective manner. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in industrial projects. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to be based in Odisha and oversee projects on-site.
