Designation : HR Manager

Job Description : Qualifications: You should have a full-time Graduates, MBA from a recognized institute. Required Experience:- 3 to 5 Years for HR Job Description:  Liaison with statutory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, as well as licenses and renewals.  Ensure all relevant and critical Labour Legislation governing the functioning of manufacturing units, establishments, branches and sites aswell as all types of labor contractors associated with the company, are fully complied with.  Provide necessary guidance and updates related to various Labour Law amendments/notifications to HRBPs and line managers.  Work closely with outsourced agencies to monitor operations, at various locations.  Support all sites and factories to follow mandated Statutory compliances & legally approved labour practices.  Maintain good relations with union Office Bearers & Committee members to resolve various IR matters.  Make sure all locations/ sites/factories are PF/ESIC compliant and follow various acts like Bonus Act, Maternity Act, Contract Labour Act,BOCW Act, Shop & Establishment Act, W.C. Act, and so on.  Provide inputs to all stakeholders regarding future trends and emerging best practices, likely to impact union and labor management issues.  Suggest actions based on analysis of data pertaining to internal audit results, nonconformities, effectiveness of controls and corrective actions. Skills: We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Admin. Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate with our dynamic team.
