Designation : Sales Manager
Job Description : Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry within the designated territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team. Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed targets. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
