Designation : Sr. Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Description : Calling and listening to customer’s questions and concerns, and providing answers or responses. Provide information about products and services Review or make changes to customer requirements Handle returns or complaints Record details of customer contacts and actions taken Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions Handle incoming and outgoing calls, Whatsapp, SMS, Birthday & Anniversary greetings Handling Social Media Platform Facebook / Instagram /Google Review Generate Reference through Customer Contact. Should have confidence to promote Brand through calling and listing services. Participate in Exhibition, customer calling, DSR filled up, explain EMI schemes etc.   Key Skill: Active listening / Adaptability / Attentiveness / Conflict resolution / Creativity / Decision-making / Effective communication / Empathy / Friendliness / knowledge of product & services / open mindedness / Patience / Quick thinking / Responsiveness / Timeliness etc.
