Designation : Financial Controller / Finance Head

Job Description : Company: Lyons Range Share Broking Pvt Ltd Job Location: Kolkata Annual CTC: 6 - 8 Lakhs / PA Position: Financial Controller Eligibility: Qualified CA / ICWA / CMA / CS / CA (Inter) with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Job Responsibilities: Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely preparation of financial statements. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and accurate submissions of financial reports. Taxation: Manage and oversee all aspects of taxation, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting. Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and payments. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement. Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and growth strategies. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies. Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
