Job Description : Position Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Back Office Executives to join our team. Documentation and Correspondence: Prepare and review various business documents, including reports, memos, and presentations. Handle email communication, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Assist in drafting and editing official letters, contracts, and other written materials. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team and management as required. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Client Relationship Management: Interact with clients and respond to inquiries or requests in a courteous and timely manner. Maintain positive client relationships by addressing their needs and concerns effectively. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and audits on data and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
