Designation : Executive Assistant
Job Description : 1. Serve as the first point of contact and key liaison for the CEO & Founder. 2. Adapt to ad hoc requirements and time-sensitive tasks. 3. Prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance. 4. Maintain flexibility and agility to address emerging needs effectively. 5. Create and maintain to-do lists for the CEO & Founder, ensuring tasks are organised and prioritised effectively to support their workflow and maximise productivity. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO & Founder. 7. Prepare expense reports and manage reimbursement processes. 8. Conduct research and compile information for presentations, reports, or projects as requested by the CEO & Founder. 9. Facilitate communication between the CEO & Founder and internal/external stakeholders by managing emails, letters, and other correspondence. 10.Organise and maintain the CEO & Founder’s electronic and paper filing systems. 11.Maintain company data files and manage highly confidential information. 12.Collaborate with all departments, teams, clients, and vendors. 13.Handle extensive telephonic duties, including screening calls and requests. 14.Type correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. 15.Ensure timely administration and office arrangements. 16.Assist and support CEO & Founder at events and meetings
