We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment for young children. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere. Use Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning. Monitor and document the progress of each child. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development. Collaborate with fellow educators to plan and implement curriculum activities. Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role. Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude. Passion for working with young children and helping them grow and learn. Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
