Designation : Sales & Business Development Engineer
Job Description : Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Engineer with a strong technical background and proven experience in industrial sales. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Identify and generate sales leads through various channels and develop a robust sales pipeline. Meet with defined customers in industries like Steel, Power, Chemical, Cement, Oil Refineries, etc. Provide detailed product information and technical solutions to customers. Conduct sales forecasting and plan daily and weekly sales activities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders. Regularly visit different customer locations for on-site sales activities and product demonstrations. Candidate Profile: Education: BE / B.Tech in Instrumentation or Electronics Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics B.Sc. in Physics or Electronics Experience: 5 to 7 years of sales experience in industrial sectors like Steel, Power Plants, Chemical Plants, Cement Plants, Oil Refineries, etc. Proven ability to sell engineering products in a B2B environment. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial process instruments and automation products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales forecasting and planning capabilities. Ability to identify, develop, and manage business opportunities. Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites and industrial locations.
