Designation : Sales Executive
Job Description : Capricans Aqua Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in Kolkata. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving channel sales, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard potential channel partners (distributors, retailers) to expand the company’s sales network. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent sales growth. Drive sales initiatives and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly visit the market to understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and gather market insights. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and address any issues related to sales or service. Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to boost brand visibility and sales. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in channel sales, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or a related sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under minimal supervision. Knowledge of the local market and existing network with distributors/retailers in Kolkata will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools. What We Offer: Competitive annual CTC of ₹1.8 - ₹2.4 Lakhs.
