Designation : Chat Support Executive

Job Description : Responsibilities: • Handle our Live Chat Support and and answer customer queries • Verify each lead posted on our website by collecting accurate information over a call • Utilize our extensive database of India students to update their details, including city, email, current grade, and institution • Call past students or parents on a daily basis and generate tuition leads Candidate Experience and Requirements: • 12 years of experience as a Chat Support Executive or Tele Caller, preferably in an educational business • Fluent in Hindi and English • Willingness to meet daily calling and tuition post targets • 12th pass ok. Graduation not necessary • Good typing speed are essential Salary and Work Terms: • Salary CTC 1518K per month, PF included • Incentives on meeting targets • 6 days of hybrid working 5 WFO and 1 WFH days) • Immediate joiners preferred
