Designation : Admin Executive

Job Description : Responsibilities: Administer daily office operations efficiently, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and any related inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism in communication. Manage operational sales activities, including order processing, invoicing, and inventory management. Assist in client relationship management by promptly addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Handle coordination work between different departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. Maintain records and databases accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as required. Provide general administrative support such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative and operational activities. Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization through proactive participation and a can-do attitude. Requirements: Graduation from a recognized institution. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office suite and basic understanding of administrative software. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure when required.
