Job Description : Job Title: Female Back Office Executive Company: AK TRADING (PAPER) PVT. LTD Job Location: Kolkata Annual CTC: 1.44 Lakhs / PA Job Description: AK TRADING (PAPER) PVT. LTD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Back Office Executive to join our team in Kolkata. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, documentation, and maintaining records. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Assist in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage and update databases accurately and efficiently. Assist in preparing regular reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification. Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
