Job Description : Job Purpose : Responsible for driving number of prescriptions from doctors Overall Revenue from Doctors & Collection Centre Ensure the achievement of the assigned budget month after month Ensure implementation of marketing strategy and cover all potential customers in assigned territory to promote the brand image of Suraksha. Key Result Areas: Regular visit to tagged Doctors and Collection Centers basis pre decided frequency Adherence of PJP and MJP Responsible for driving number of prescriptions from Doctors Overall Revenue from Doctors & Collection Centre Driving sales KPIs for the month Identifying and organising health camps in catchment areas around our centre Identifying and approaching new partners for Collection Centre Incumbent Profile Responsible for Strategy implementation for driving sales KPI’s Achievement of Sales Targets New prescriptions Brand awareness Responsible for delivering the assigned BUDGET. To build The Brand Image Of Company in The Doctors Chamber and that Particular Market. Candidate will be responsible for growth and development of assigned territory. Responsible for the proper coverage of the set potential customer. Responsible for the Customer call avg ( set by the organization) Actively participate in different campaign launched by the organization. Participate in the Camps/Clinics/strategy meeting/ review meeting.
