Designation : Executive Assistance to Director

Key Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, your primary role will be to provide high-level support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and assisting in strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: Administrative Support: Managing the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Preparing and reviewing reports, presentations, and other business documents. Coordinating travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, accommodations, and itineraries. Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Drafting correspondence, emails, and memos on behalf of the MD. Handling sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. Coordination and Follow-ups: Tracking and ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects assigned by the MD. Liaising with various departments to ensure smooth communication and execution of the MD's directives. Travel Readiness: Accompanying the MD on business trips as required. Ensuring all travel-related logistics are handled efficiently. Other Duties: Assisting the MD with personal tasks and errands, as required. Undertaking any additional duties assigned by the MD to support the business. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required. Gender Preference: Male candidates only. Desired Skills and Competencies Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both verbal and written). Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in handling documents and communications. Proficiency in Technology: Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management tools. Professional Demeanor: Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the company with professionalism. Time Management: Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
