Designation : Senior Accountant
Job Description : Kay Bee Industrial Alloys Pvt Ltd is a reputed name in the manufacturing and industrial alloys sector, known for its quality, integrity, and performance. With a focus on innovation and precision, we are expanding our finance team and seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to handle core accounting and taxation responsibilities. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in finalization of accounts and taxation. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be well-versed with statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Manage direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings. Handle internal and statutory audits and ensure timely audit completion. Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities. Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Assist in budgeting and financial planning as required. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Com / CA (Inter) / ICWA / CMA Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting and taxation Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software Good communication and analytical skills What We Offer: Competitive salary package (₹2.4 – ₹4.0 LPA based on experience and qualifications) A stable and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities to handle core finance operations and develop professionally
