We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Executive. This position offers an annual CTC of 1.8 Lakhs and provides an excellent opportunity for career growth in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the resort's back-office functions. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain and update various records, files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required, utilizing appropriate software and tools. Assist in managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the resort's management and staff. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflow and information exchange. Assist in managing inventory, supplies, and procurement activities, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment. Support human resources functions, including employee onboarding, attendance management, and maintaining personnel records. Assist in financial record-keeping tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Provide general administrative support to various departments and contribute to the overall operational efficiency of the resort. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional certifications or courses in office administration or hospitality management will be advantageous. Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive work attitude. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with inventory management systems is desirable. Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage, but not mandatory. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
