Proven track record in marketing and promoting healthcare services. Job Description: Sparsh Fertility and Women's Care, a leading healthcare institution, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Asansol, West Bengal. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Sparsh Fertility and Women's Care services. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and potential clients. Organize and participate in events, workshops, and seminars to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing materials. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Achieve set targets for patient acquisition and revenue generation. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industry sales/marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Location and Compensation: Job Location: Asansol, West Bengal. Annual CTC: INR 2.4 - 3 Lakhs per annum.
