Designation : Senior Tech Support
Job Description : Understand the business requirements with the client. • Analysis of customizations on product (if any). • Scoping formulation and demonstration to the SDT (Software Development Team). • Participate in software development life cycle as per the needs & wants of the customer in terms of extra customization. • Managing, tracking and communicating the progress of projects. • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist. • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions. • Verify and test the implementations in the applications. • Providing final QA/QC before client is ready to go live. • Providing feedback on usability. • Trace the result to quality risk and report to respective team. • Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks, escalate when appropriate. • Assist in implementations of company software product. • Analysis of customer reported issues related to User Interface, Database or Application Server. Closing incidents within defined SLAs. • Produce and maintain documentation. • Manage Tech Support team by designing and developing new framework. • Tracking and ensuring the productivity parameters are met for all executives. • Develop a strategy and plan to close the project implementation & issues.
