Designation : Sales Manager

Job Description : 1 To plan, organise and conduct all the Marketing, Sales and Business Development activities for STAUFF india Ltd in the assigned region.  2 To gather market intelligence and analyse the competition with the aim of gaining market knowledge & strategising the marketing & sales activities. 3 To maintain excellent distributor relationship and achieve targets by driving sales through them. 4 To strategise acqusition of new clients and to ensure that the service level agreements are met in servicing them. 5 To coordinate and engage in reconciliation of accounts with accounts team and distributor/customer.  6 Coordinate collection of C - Forms & oustandig payments from the customers. 7 To actively strategise and participate in the tenders notices from Givernment & Private companies, giving quotations, and finalising the deals in coordination with the CEO & MD .  8 To coordinate the sales activities of the team members and ensure that they achieve the monthly/yearly targets. 9 To ensure effective communication between the stake holders of the organisation thereby enabling synergy. 10 To impliment marketing strategies and maximise the revenue.
