Job Description : Role Responsible for managing the HR operations of the Hotel. Pre Requisite • Candidate should possess 8-10 years of relevant experience. • Should have worked in Hotel of Star Category of medium – large size property. • Candidates having “Pre Opening” experience in Star Property (medium to large size property) will be preferred. Place of Posting • The job location is based out of Puri (Orissa). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Area of Work Responsibility Results Required Recruitment & Selection Responsible for End to End process of recruitment and Selection Should be able to run recruitment process for hotel ensuring “right candidates for the right job” Routine HR Ops Responsible for managing the routine HR operations (Attendance/Leave, Grievance, Policy Adherence, Compensation, etc.) All laid down norms and policy documents are available to staff, understood and adhered to. Defiance is recorded and corrected in accordance with management decision. R&R / Appraisals Run the rewards and referrals / appraisals system in the hotel Maintain transparency and adherence to the management’s guidelines on the subject Exit Formalities Ensure adherence to Exit process for all staff going out of the system. Ensure data is maintained and compiled for all necessary checkpoints when an employee exits. Statutory Compliances Ensure that adherence to subject is strictly maintained while performing routine HR ops. Keep the unit clean on any compliance related challenges. Ancillary Facts Academic Credentials Graduate / PG in HR Gender Male/Female Age Between 35 – 40 years
