Designation : HR Executive

Job Description : We are looking for dynamic individuals who can handle the below-mentioned tasks: ● Develop fair HR policies with HR Manager and ensure employees understand and comply with them ● Help HR Manager in implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques ● Help HR Manager in designing compensation and benefits packages ● Help HR Manager in implementing performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) ● Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees along with the HR Manager. ● Monitor HR department’s budget ● Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS) ● Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues. ● Manage employees’ grievances ● Help HR Manager in creating and running referral bonus programs ● Measure employee retention and turnover rates with the HR Manager. ● Oversee daily operations of the HR department with HR Manager. The following are the mandates for the candidates: ● B.Sc/M.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field ● Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications ● Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role ● Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems ● Experience with full-cycle recruiting ● Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) If you are joining our team, you will need to have a good command over the following: ● Demonstrable leadership abilities ● Strong communication skills ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. ● Good written and verbal communication skills. ● Able to develop team-building and development ideas and processes and clearly express them. ● High degree of independent judgement. ● Dedicated team player. ● Complex problem solving skills. Positions available: ● Full Time: 2 Payscale for Full Time: ● Probation Period(60days/2Months): Rs. 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month ● Final On-board: Rs. 22,000 per month
