Job Description : Location: Malad (West), Mumbai Qualification: MBA / PGD In Sales/Marketing Experience: 1.5 - 2 Years Industry: Service Industry. A good coordination skill as the role involves working continuously with various Internal Sales Team Presentation Skills (PPTs / Dashboards /MIS Reporting ) Attention to details. Influencing skills. Functional Skills Requirements: - Good computer skills (MS Office) Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Should be friendly and highly organized. Skilled in creating schedules and tracking data Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using Vlookup and Pivot tables Knowledge of Salesforce will be added advantage. Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator Primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities. Should have some experience of working on Sales software (Salesforce)/ Sales Automation Must have worked in a team with interaction with other team members. He/ She will be expected to co-ordinate with all Sales executives. Must be an out-going person with strong interpersonal skills to support the sales team Should be able to create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, MIS and Dashboards as required This person will be responsible for all in-bound business enquiries received through marketing channels such as Website, Direct Calls, SEO, Google AdWords, and other marketing campaigns. Ensuring the accurate data entry of business enquiries on the software by sales teams Ensuring the adherence of TAT for closure of leads by the sales teams Preparing reports on the revenue generated from marketing channels across all verticals Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed
