The Non-woven fabric is generally used for Packaging, Medical hygiene, like Mask, PPE kit, Medical Gown, Medical bed sheet and Agro protection cover etc. About Job and Candidate:- We need a candidate who could work on plan and take responsibility for sales growth. For this he has to understand the potential customer and develop sustainable relationship with the customer. The candidate must be dependable, self-starter, Innovative thinker. The candidate has to plan for the 100% utilization of the factory. The candidate must have knowledge on getting leads from Social Media and other online channel and use CRM tool. The candidate has to think and act like working in his own business. We believe in Positive attitude and we expect it too from the candidates. JOB SPECIFICATION: Responsibilities:- Market Research. Setting goals & achieve them Find best sales techniques. Generating new trade ideas Helping a sales team to succeed. Strengthen Team Find potential customers Understand how to communicate Increase Emotional Involvement- Customer Skills and knowledge:- Sales planning and counseling. Client relationships Motivation. Positive attitude. Excel & Pivot Table, Analysis report. Education & Experience: - MBA (Preferred) with 7-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
