Job Description : Job Description – Admin Operations for Digital Mental Healthcare Clinic & Platform Location - Kolkata The role is for an efficient admin operation executive for a Digital Mental Health clinic & platform, who will work on multiple roles in the admin space from Customer Service and Clinic Administration to Patient and Practitioner Management processes using the Oaktree Platform. It is a Full Time Employment opportunity with statutory benefits, annual appraisal cycle, family health insurance and other industry standard benefits Responsibilities: ● Patient & Practitioner service responding to queries ● Responsible for onboarding process for practitioners, patients & Organizations ● Validating patient appointments ● Monitoring patient records ● Ensuring prescription and investigation process initiation and collaboration with partners ● Feedback & complaint management through online workflow ● Initiate & monitor Invoicing & Billing processes ● Train other staff as required ● Insurance Claims submission and monitoring ● Assess and Analyse operations metrics and prepare business reports as required Requirements: ● Bachelor’s Degree (education in Psychology will be an advantage) ● Prior experience – preferably 3+ years working in any customer management or operations execution role in a reputed BPS/BPO organization, working with International clients ● Prior experience with Healthcare BPS or administration a definite advantage ● Excellent communication skills in neutral English accent ● Multi-tasking & organizational skills 52 Frederick Road Edgbaston Birmingham B15 1HN Ph +44 1214391360 Oaktreeconnect.co.uk ● Ability and willingness to quickly learn the Healthcare processes, patient management nuances of UK ● Demonstrating high level of patience and empathy with patients, exercising discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements, especially patient data ● Ability to understand policies and adhere to them ● Understand the SOP and adhere to procedures laid down for the program ● An individual with a high degree of integrity and excellent work ethics Need: Immediate About Oaktree Connect Oaktree Connect is a Birmingham-UK based Digital Mental Health Clinic and platform that brings together cutting-edge technology with mental health care to all, irrespective of age, culture, language, ability, income for UK residents.
