Designation : Sr Executive CRM
Job Description : To manage & develop the loyalty strategy including responsibility for managing one of the key brands Understanding and driving the agenda for who the customer is. To manage and deliver CRM programmes to retain customers across all stages of the lifecycle Management & development of the segmentation of the customer database to drive the roadmap & inform decisions across the channel team. To co-ordinate the delivery of the consumer communications plan, including creative execution, customer selection, test activity and results in order to drive the required sales plan Ensuring budgets are adhered to Training, development and management of the team to deliver their objectives with the support of the CRM Manager
