Working with us means dynamic opportunities to engage with world-class automation products and technologies. Job Description We are seeking a Senior Service Engineer to join our Kolkata team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing service jobs, supporting customers, and providing technical expertise in Process Instrumentation and Automation. Key Responsibilities: Execute on-site service jobs efficiently and with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure all service work complies with safety standards and scheduled timelines. Prepare and submit detailed site visit reports and secure client acknowledgment post-job completion. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Maintain records of AMC/ARC contracts and deliver services as per commitments. Keep updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements. Generate new service sales leads and explore potential business opportunities. Prepare and submit service-related quotations, costing sheets, and handle negotiations with clients. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong hands-on experience with process instruments, gas detectors, and automation systems. In-depth understanding of product applications to recommend and service the right solutions. Excellent troubleshooting and customer-handling skills. Ability to manage multiple service projects and meet strict deadlines. Familiarity with industrial automation systems such as PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI is essential.
