Job Description : Job Description: DR Steel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the electrical systems within the manufacturing plant, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and the continuous improvement of our electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery, production lines, and power distribution systems. Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on electrical components and systems. Work closely with the mechanical and production teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and safety. Monitor electrical consumption and support efforts to reduce energy usage and improve cost-efficiency. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on electrical maintenance, equipment status, and safety compliance. Ensure all electrical installations and operations comply with safety standards and regulations. Assist in the planning and execution of electrical projects and improvements. Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and industry best practices. Eligibility Criteria: Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuits. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals. Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices. Familiarity with PLCs, motor control systems, and power distribution. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Compensation: Annual CTC: ₹1.8 Lakhs – ₹2.4 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and skills).
