Job Description : Position: Senior Video Editor (Video Lead) Location: Sector 5, Kolkata (Work from Office) Experience: 4–7 years Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead all things video at VIVRE. You’ll be the go-to person for shaping compelling video narratives across product showcases, launches, social content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. You'll work closely with our 3D team, content strategists, and creative leads — turning raw assets into polished, brand-defining content. This is a leadership role, but one that requires hands-on, fast-paced execution. If you’re someone who thinks visually, understands motion design trends, and gets excited by clean cuts, motion finesse, and edits that go viral — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Video Strategy & Execution • Own the entire video post-production pipeline from raw footage / 3D renders to final cut • Lead visual moodboarding and motion style direction for campaigns • Deliver quick, stylish, mobile-first cuts for reels, ads, product explainers, and walkthroughs Collaboration & Workflow • Collaborate with 3D, graphic design, and content teams to bring stories to life • Maintain asset hygiene and versioning with an organized file structure • Suggest and implement new tools, templates, transitions, and workflows Team & Process Building • Coach junior editors and build a structured editing pipeline over time Who You Are • 4–7 years of experience editing product, brand, or content marketing videos • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro; comfortable with After Effects workflows • Familiarity with mobile editing tools like VN, CapCut, or InShot is a bonus • Strong visual sense and deep understanding of pacing, music sync, and transitions • Ability to prioritize and deliver fast — we work at startup speed • Experience in a product-based company or with creative agencies preferred • Bonus: Can shoot high-quality footage or direct shoots (not mandatory) Position: Video Editor (Junior–Mid Level) Location: Sector 5, Kolkata (Work from Office) Experience: 1–3 years Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a hands-on video editor with a great sense of visual storytelling, clean transitions, and fast turnaround. This is a maker’s role — meant for someone who loves editing, scrolls Instagram Reels like a visual analyst, and is excited to bring physical products to life in motion. You’ll work under the creative or senior video lead, and support the editing needs of the design, marketing, and 3D teams. Expect everything from daily reels to product explainer cuts to aesthetic brand videos. What You’ll Do Editing & Production • Edit Reels, promos, product trailers, catalog intros, etc., for social and brand • Add background music, text overlays, transitions, animations as needed • Adapt videos for multiple formats (portrait, landscape, square, etc.) Team Collaboration • Work closely with 3D and graphics teams to turn static renders into dynamic edits • Use existing templates and transition packs to speed up the process • Organize assets and maintain efficient version control Who You Are • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of VN / InShot / CapCut is a plus • Strong sense of rhythm, mood, and clean transitions • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with feedback loops • Bonus: Experience in After Effects, shooting, or motion design • Should be eager to stay in a role for 2+ years and grow with the team
