We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Bihar. Job Location: Bihar Annual CTC: 3 - 3.6 Lakhs Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives within the assigned territory. Identify and target potential clients, including commercial and industrial establishments, government agencies, and other relevant organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities to drive sales growth. Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring their performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and overall performance. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product improvements. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting customer needs and maintaining customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new leads. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the fire safety equipment industry. Excellent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and ownership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
