Role Overview: We are seeking a Fashion Consultant / Retail Sales Executive who has a keen sense of style and a passion for luxury fashion. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales within a luxury designer boutique, preferably with exposure to bridal couture. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients find couture pieces that suit their personal style and occasion. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage clients, providing personalized styling advice and assistance. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist clients in selecting bridal couture and luxury pieces, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings to offer knowledgeable recommendations. Manage inventory, ensure merchandise displays are organized, and keep the boutique’s presentation aligned with brand standards. Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Requirements: Education: Graduate degree. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail sales, preferably within a luxury designer boutique or bridal couture store. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a refined sense of style and fashion. Ability to understand and cater to clients’ preferences while guiding them toward ideal selections.
