Job Description : Job Title: Sales Manager - Channel Sales (Fire Door Products) Company: Tufwud Doors and Accessories Pvt Ltd Location: Delhi NCR Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the channel sales of our fire door products in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in channel sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in the building materials industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company's sales targets for fire door products in the Delhi NCR region. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, and builders. Identify and prospect new channel partners to expand the sales network and market reach. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and productivity. Set sales targets and monitor the progress of the team, taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure goals are met. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns to drive product awareness and generate leads. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent the company and build relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the building materials industry, with a focus on fire door products. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the Delhi NCR market and existing network of contacts in the building materials industry would be advantageous.
