Job Description : Company: ROYALLX STEEL CASTING PRIVATE LIMITED Position: Sales Manager – Industrial Castings Job Location: Howrah, West Bengal Experience: Minimum 2 Years Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹4 Lakhs per annum About the Role ROYALLX STEEL CASTING PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and develop business for its casting products across industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads. Handle B2B sales of casting products to industrial clients. Build and maintain relationships with customers and key decision-makers. Identify and approach potential clients in Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Mining, and Thermal Power Plants. Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team for suitable solutions. Manage enquiries, quotations, order follow-ups and sales closure. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers. Eligibility & Requirements Graduate/Diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in industrial/casting products. Candidates must have experience dealing with Mining, Steel, Cement and/or Thermal Power industries. Strong knowledge of industrial B2B sales and customer handling. Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development. Candidates with an existing industrial customer network will be preferred.
