Job Description : Job Title: SEO Specialist Company: Collab Mate Job Location: Kolkata Work Mode: Hybrid Eligibility: Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience Annual CTC: ₹3 – ₹5 Lakhs Per Annum Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities. Optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and technical SEO elements. Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve digital visibility. Track SEO performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices. Required Skills Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred Candidate Profile Passionate about digital marketing and search engine optimization. Strong problem-solving and research abilities. Experience in handling SEO campaigns across different industries will be an added advantage.
