Job Description : West Road Design LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join its team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client handling, lead generation, and business development activities to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and client outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential customers Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for business closure Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Maintain sales reports, client database, and business development records Support the management in market research and identifying new business opportunities Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales / business development Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach
