Designation : Assistant Manager (Construction)
Job Description : Overseeing on-site laborers and Construction Workers Ensuring building materials and equipment are available at all times Monitoring construction budget and expenses Providing clients with the appropriate work completion timeline Coordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Supervisor and Construction Project Manager Liaising between clients and subcontractors/suppliers Planning and implementing work schedules Adhering to the construction industry standards and safety regulations Reviewing and communicating onsite progress to clients Undertaking site safety inspections Preparing and presenting site reports Negotiating contract terms and conditions Offering to help secure licenses and permits Eligibility : BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 3 years expeirence
