Job Description : *Maintain an updated booking status and a thorough documentation of all the customer records and payments system information including generating demand letter, maintaining availability & selling stock. *Regular follow up with the customer to get payment on time. *Successfully completing the handover process after completion of all the protocols. *Resolving the queries of the customer related to project & documentation matter giving them a thorough understanding of the entire matter. *Must have good communication skills. *Must have experience in post sales and client handling. *Must have experience in Real Estate Sector
