Job Description : Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Industry: Retail – Saree Showroom Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer enquiries generated through social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective customers, converting leads into showroom visits and sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other social media platforms. Respond to customer messages, calls, and queries promptly and professionally. Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into showroom visits and purchases. Coordinate appointments and customer visits with the showroom sales team. Share product images, catalogues, pricing, and promotional offers with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in Excel or CRM. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management. Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve daily follow-up targets and monthly lead conversion goals. Eligibility Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Telecalling, or Retail Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment. Preferred Candidate Experience in a saree showroom, fashion retail, boutique, jewellery, or apparel industry will be preferred. Pleasant personality with a professional and positive attitude.
